The brisket was juicy and so tender, loved the ends for the flavor! They greeted me with a smile and i left with a smile. Loved sitting down at the bar, ordered a beer real quick from the server.

Came as part of my 30 city 26 day food trip inspired by the food network feature of the brisket. Unfortunately it was not offered that day but the pork belly was fantastic. It had an aggressive outer char similar to a brisket or pastrami. Cooked to perfection! The variety of sauces though did not really add much to the dish as I found myself eating it plain.

I came here to eat and loved the food. I felt like the name after I indulged in multiple types of BBQ meat heavenly treats. You must try this place. The ambiance is rustic and super casual. Shorts and a tee are perfect. The staff is super knowledgeable about all of their menu ingredients down to origins of beef raising and the manager told me all the animals are fed non, pesticide feed. I was very impressed. I also need a stop sink to shower after being covered in every amazing sauce know to man. You must try this place

Very good meats overall and definitely digging the atmosphere here. I do recommend the brisket and spicy sausage, they're exceptionally juicy. Huge selection of beers, wines and cocktails to complement the meat sweat. Fette Sau is just a great spot to hang and enjoy a conversation. The staff is super chill and nice. Parking just like any other place in Williamsburg is a bitch. It's a hit or miss with street parking.
